[Tails-dev] Announcement: test suite requirements changes

Hi,

if you have no local setup to run our automated test suite,
you can skip this email. Otherwise, read on.

The branch that implements automated tests for VeraCrypt was just
merged. With it come two changes that may require adjustments
to your test suite setup:

- new dependency: tcplay
- Running the test suite as a non-root user is deprecated.

The curious may want to look at the details:
