[Tails-dev] [Announcement] Expect disruption of our CI this week

Hi,

as part of our USB image project, we'll change some parts of our
ISO/IMG build system this week and will need to adjust our Jenkins CI
accordingly. We'll need your input to spot the bits we've forgotten
and that remain to be adjusted, so please report any breakage to
groente and myself on XMPP or Redmine.

The trouble should be over now, except occasional USB image build
failures until #16168 is fixed.

Please report any infra/CI regression to groente and myself on
Redmine, as subtasks of #15993. Thanks!
